A landmark 30-storey building, Prithvi Apartments was among the first high-rises to be developed on Altamount Road — one of Mumbai’s most prestigious and expensive addresses. Major repair work was executed in this building using mast towers, including lift shaft repairs, surface restoration, texture coating, and external painting to revamp the building façade. A temporary structural platform was built to ensure smooth vehicular access.
