Prasad Chambers, a prominent high-rise with several commercial offices, underwent critical structural interventions including the casting of passage slabs, ferrocement chajjas, and essential plumbing upgrades. All structural casting activities were strategically scheduled during non-working hours, ensuring minimum disruption to the day-to-day operations of the offices. In addition to the structural work, the building’s lobby and common areas were aesthetically enhanced, giving the premises a refreshed and modernized appearance.
